GUARANTEE
All products sold by the MagMarket website (www.magmarket.shop) have a guarantee according to the laws in force in Romania, 449 art. 16 of 2003.
The product warranty period is 15 days.
Warranty conditions
During the warranty period, products that have failed due to material or manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced, as the case may be.
MagMarket (www.magmarket.shop) undertakes the expertise, repair and/or free replacement of defective products. Products that cannot be repaired will be replaced by MagMarket (www.magmarket.shop).
If the respective model is no longer sold, the product will be replaced with another similar product, with the price difference applied, or it will be canceled at the customer's request.
The cost of transport to MagMarket (www.magmarket.shop) will be borne by the customer, and the return of the product by MagMarket (www.magmarket.shop)
The purchased products are not covered by the warranty in the following situations:
1. If the product has defects or is damaged by liquids, if there are foreign objects/materials on the surface of the products
2. Non-compliance by the user with the handling, transport, storage, use and maintenance conditions provided by the manufacturer.
3. Aesthetic physical damages (ruptures, scratches) are not covered by the warranty.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
According to GEO 34/2014, if you are a consumer (natural person) you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any specific reason, within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party mandated by you, other than the carrier, entered into physical possession of the products.
IMPORTANT! For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept the return of products that show traces of use, testing, physical changes, scratches, tears, perfume smell.
You will return the products and get your money back, but the shipping costs will be borne by you. The money will be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date we take possession of the returned product. You can provide us with a bank account to make the refund.
Both the returned products and their packaging (boxes/envelopes/labels) must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, without traces of use. If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold, we reserve the right to refuse receipt and ship it back to the customer at the customer's expense
